Rick Winters is the Director of Corporate On-Road Training for UPS. UPS is a global logistics company serving more than 220 countries and territories, and Rick is currently responsible for driver and supervisor safety training for the Domestic US. In addition, Rick supports leadership and development training for the organization.
Rick Winters has an extensive leadership background, including 30 years of operational and corporate experience. Rick earned his bachelor's degree in Sociology from the University of Texas at Austin. In addition, Rick is co-author of The Traffic of Life: Characteristics of Effective Leadership. Rick is active in the community and enjoys coaching little league football.
Rick has been married to his spouse, Dr. Corliss Winters, for over 30 years. He has two fantastic sons, Brandon and Bryson Winters.
